Terms of service

Last updated 28 October 2026

These terms apply when you use Podro, a podcast hosting service operated by Nova Social Ltd. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, and give accurate details. Keep your password safe: you're responsible for what happens under your account.

Your content

You own the podcasts you upload. You give us permission to store, convert, publish and distribute them (for example in your RSS feed, website and players) so we can run the service for you. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including music, guests' contributions and artwork.

What's not allowed

Don't upload content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, is hateful or harassing, or puts people at risk. Don't try to break, overload or misuse the service. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that break these rules.

Beta

Podro is currently in beta and free for beta testers. Beta features may change, be withdrawn or occasionally not work as expected while we improve the service. We may introduce paid plans in the future and will give notice before anything changes.

Availability

We work hard to keep Podro running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copies of your audio and artwork.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous 12 months.

Ending your account

You can stop using Podro at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms.

The law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
